Shipping and return policies for The Rabid Whole

Products are shipped from Toronto, Canada using regular Canada Post service, unless The Rabid Whole is on the road. If this is the case, The Rabid Whole will be shipping your orders from different locations around North America using Canada Post Service or USPS.
For international orders, please note that you will be responsible for any additional customs taxes or tariffs as applicable to your country, at the time of delivery.
Typical delivery times are:
3-10 days for deliveries within Canada,
5-15 days for deliveries within the US, and
25-40 days for international deliveries.
Please allow 3-5 days handling/processing time for all orders.

- Return Policy
Term : Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase.
Condition : To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must in new condition; unworn (t-shirts) and unwrapped (cds).
If you would like to exchange an item for another size please send an email with your desired exchange to email@example.com and we will issue return instructions. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to ship your item back to us, and also for the shipping cost to send the new item to you. To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
If you would like to return your (new condition) item and receive a refund, please send an email with your desired return to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue return instructions. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to ship your item back to us. To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'. Once The Rabid Whole receives the item and verifies that the item is eligible for a refund, you will receive a refund via Paypal. If you receive a refund from The Rabid Whole, a processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is a result of a The Rabid Whole error, shipping costs will be refunded to you. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The Rabid Whole is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us at email@example.com .
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, The Rabid Whole reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
